No. The arrangement can be developed during the work. We only require CAD floor plans, which we use as the basis for the concept.

The schedule depends on the scope and whether the materials are ready. A typical 360° implementation using supplied data takes 2–3 weeks, while a complete 3D model and 360° tours take 4–8 weeks. You will receive a schedule after the kickoff workshop.

Yes. You will receive embed code that can be added to any HTML website or CMS. The process is straightforward and does not require advanced technical knowledge.

What materials do you need to create 3D content for the 360° viewer?

We need OBJ or FBX files containing the building model. We can use exports from Revit or SketchUp. Other native formats, such as SKP and 3DS, are also welcome. Before work begins, we agree the complete scope of services and the features to be used in the model, such as a neighborhood map. We currently use our own CRM, designed specifically for convenient management of virtual models, sales, analytics and cooperation with model creators. We plan to make an API available for further integrations with external platforms.

The client retains the rights to materials supplied by the client. Materials created as part of the commission are governed by the agreement; as standard, we grant non-exclusive licenses for presenting the development. We can prepare an extended license on request.

Yes. The viewer is responsive and works on iOS and Android. It supports touch gestures, VR and AR modes. We recommend Wi-Fi for the best quality.

The most common causes are CSP restrictions or an incorrect embed address. Check the Content-Security-Policy header (frame-ancestors) and make sure the viewer address is included in the allowed origins. Clear the cache and check the console (F12). Contact support if the problem persists.

We price visualizations per view according to their type: an elevated or aerial view, an eye-level exterior view, or an interior view. A material variant is usually completed within the first revision round included in the price: it changes a material within the same scene and composition. A new view, meaning a moved camera or lighting changed to a different time of day, is a separate visualization that we develop from scratch.
